Nurse Angel Ririka SOS is a 4-volume manga series that was first published in 1995 and ended in 1996. The manga was made into an anime series by the same name, which ran on TV from 1995-1996 also. A man named Yasushi Akimoto thought of the story of Nurse Angel, and a woman named Koi Ikeno drew the manga. Here's the basic story plot: On her 10th birthday, Ririka Moriya received a nurse cap from Kanou, the most popular guy in her school. Whenever she placed the cap on her head, she could transform into the legendary fighter for love and justice, Nurse Angel. Kanou turned out to be Kanon, the warrior from the planet, Queen Earth. Queen Earth is just like our planet, except it's in a parallel universe. The kind and gentle Queen Helena, ruler of Queen Earth, asked Ririka to help save her kingdom from the evil Dark Joker forces. To do that, Ririka must find the Flower of Life, which is needed to make the Green Vaccine that will save Queen Earth. However, she must also keep the Dark Joker forces from getting to the Flower of Life, for if they get it, they can make the Black Vaccine that can destroy everything.
